Jason Miller previously served as Senior Strategy Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Citadel LLC (2010-2021), focusing on U.S. stock quantitative strategy development and risk management. During his tenure, he led cross-departmental quantitative research projects, developed and optimized multi-factor stock selection models, and managed multi-asset portfolios exceeding $1 billion. He received multiple "Analyst of the Year" awards and accumulated deep expertise in strategy development, team leadership, and risk control in quantitative investing.

After leaving Citadel, Jason founded QuantUnity Investors Group with the mission of driving market innovation and gathering retail investor wisdom. His vision is to form Market Makers United, uniting individual investors worldwide to break the traditional financial game rules and help more people achieve financial freedom.

Caitlin Smith graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Finance and Data Science. She previously worked as an Investment Analyst at Morgan Stanley, participating in multiple research projects in U.S. stocks and digital assets, excelling in cross-departmental collaboration and efficient communication. Her sharp market insights, exceptional organizational skills, and proactive attitude have earned high praise from colleagues.

After joining QuantUnity Investors Group (QIG), Caitlin focused on optimizing team collaboration processes and enhancing member engagement and information transparency. She actively promotes innovative project management methods to ensure efficient achievement of team goals. As Chief Assistant, she is responsible for daily team operations, member communication and coordination, project management, and assisting the Chief Investment Officer in driving group strategy implementation, serving as a bridge connecting all team members.
